HOW DO I  START?
 

You start by having a consultation.

We begin from the beginning. Nothing intimidating. Just a Q & A to give us an idea of where you are.

You'll be asked what you have been doing that isn't working. If you've been doing nothing, that's fine too, you've come to the right place.

You'll get to talk about what your goals and motivations are. If you don't have any, you will gladly be offered ideas.

This program is creative!

What is always a foolproof idea then, is to work on a 5-7 day food diary. This means just do what you've been doing! No trying to impress me!

Believe me, there is no judgment here, only help. This pretty much gives me an exact formula to knowing why you are not where you want to be, and I will teach you what and why.

Most importantly, you will be ready and able to reach all of your goals

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

3) What could be better than just enjoying yourself once a week with your family, or at a party?


People generally also find when they indulge in the things they think they crave, they are really not missing much.
